Absolu Rosé
Présentation de la cuvée :
Originating from the finest clay-limestone terroirs of Languedoc, in the IGP Côtes de Thau appellation, this cuvée is produced in small yields (30 to 40 hl/ha) from Grenache carefully harvested at night. After a gentle pressing, the juice is kept cool for several days to preserve its aromas, then carefully clarified. It then ferments slowly at controlled temperature, before being aged in oak barrels for several months, which gives it roundness and richness of flavors, offering great aging potential.
Composition :
Made from 100% Grenache, it reveals the full aromatic richness of this grape variety and has an alcohol content of between 11.5 and 12%, combining freshness and indulgence.
Tasting Note:
Her dress has a bright and radiant pink hue, with delicately salmon-colored reflections.
The nose is expressive and refined. It opens with tangy aromas of currant and raspberry, enhanced by an exotic hint of coconut. The minerality of its limestone terroirs brings freshness and elegance to the whole.
